My impressions

Great views, rustic charm, friendly service and what a wonderful place to stop into after shooting Clay skeets. That is exactly what I did on a beautiful summer night. The patio is nice size, tables are appropriate distance to meet the social distancing guidelines and it is simply fun!

 

The food

I am going to tell you about last week and what I had when I came for dinner on several occasions.

First, last week I had the Blackened Steak Salad. It featured blue cheese crumbles, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and onion. The steak was perfectly cooked and of high quality (sirloin). It was wonderful and I will have it again.

Second, what I had the times before. On Saturday, their special is Prime Rib. Smoked and served to order. It is the best prime rib I have EVER had. The Queen cut at 12 oz. is $21.95 and King cut at 16 oz. is $26.95. That is a value for the quality.

There are plenty of other wonderful menu items that people come for…like Duck, Walleye to name a couple.

Absolutely…Five-star review! This is such a great place to go to and just relax, have beautiful scenery, and experience wonderful food. Dress in jeans and baseball cap or dress up…it just does not matter!
