Some Fall activities in Minnesota

There are many of us in Minnesota that believe the fall is the best season of the year. There is so much do in this wonderful time of year when the temperatures are so comfortable, and the trees are so lovely. Here are some suggestions.

Here is a list of my favorites

· Hot air balloon ride – visit the The Duluth Rising Festival in Bayfront on in September

· The Minnesota Renaissance Festival – I have done a blog recently about this…just too much fun!

· Visit a pumpkin patch – google this and find a pumpkin patch near you.

· Find the fall color – see my previous blog on how to find the fall colors in the State of Minnesota.

· See a sports event – the Twins, the Loons, the Timberwolves and the Wild!

· Rode a train – try the North Shore Scenic Railroad or Osceola and Saint Croix River Valley Train.

· Try fall camping in a State Park.

· Visit a corn maze – see the day tripper for suggestions at.

· Visit a haunted house · Visit the Wabasha Street Caves.

· Walk around the lakes in Minneapolis…go from the Mississippi River to Lake Nokomis to Lake of the Isles by walking or biking.

· Have dinner on an outdoor patio.

· Attend one of the many Oktoberfest activities in the Twin Cities.

Conclusion

So much to do and a beautiful fall of wonderful weather and fall colors to do it in. Embrace all that is Minnesota and enjoy this fall!
